Order policies
  • All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to cover supplies and reserve your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • Delivery orders must be paid in full at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours are not refundable.
  • While every effort is made to match inspiration photos, each handmade item is unique. Exact replicas of another baker’s work cannot be guaranteed.
  • Full payment is due at pickup.
  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not offered once an order has been picked up or delivered. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work to make it right.
